Terms of service
Not yet written. Terms of service are a binding contract and inventing plausible-sounding clauses here would be worse than leaving this blank — you would be relying on protections that don't hold. Have these drafted for your jurisdiction and business model before taking payment or onboarding customers outside your own team.
What needs to be covered
A checklist for whoever drafts these, based on how this product actually works:
- Accuracy disclaimer. Decisions are extracted by a language model and reviewed by your users. The record reflects what a person accepted, not a guarantee of what was said.
- Customer data ownership. Transcripts and extracted decisions belong to the customer.
- Sub-processors. Anthropic and Voyage AI process content — see the data description.
- Acceptable use. Recording and transcription consent is the customer's responsibility; laws differ by jurisdiction and several require all-party consent.
- Availability and support commitments, if any are offered on paid tiers.
- Payment, renewal, and cancellation terms.
- Limitation of liability and governing law.
